Hey, y'all!  Ms. Noelke and I leave on our flight on Thursday.  We will land in Charlotte, NC, and then fly straight to Paris, France.  France is 7 hours ahead of Louisiana, so when it is 12:00PM here, it is 7:00PM in France.  We will spend 9 days in Paris.  I can't wait to see some of Leonardo's art, and he can't either! What are some things you want to know about France?

I wish i was as skinny as Chloe' so I could slip into your suitcase and go to Europe with you, like Flat Stanley that'll be great! Leo's soooo lucky to go to Europe with you and Ms. Noelke. No fair!!!!:( But he'll get to see how he lived a very long time ago and he'll also get to see some of his famous paintings which I really want to see in person but a picture will be good. I can't wiat to see many different pics in Europe. You guys must be soooooo happy to get the gift of such a great trip.

Miss you, too! The plane to Paris was big! We flew for 7 hours over the Atlantic Ocean.

If you see a statue of Leonardo di Vinci, please take a picture of it for me! Tell us about your flight; how was it? Did you eat any French food on the plane? Were there any crying babies? Were you sleepy when you got to Paris? Have you bought any souvenirs yet? My mom was wondering if you have eaten any ice cream yet, because she says you can get it from ice cream carts at all the touristy places in Europe!! We hope you will have a BLAST!!!

Dean, you know I will take pictures of anything Leonardo! The flight was looooong. Make sure when you go to Europe that you bring something to entertain you. I had chicken on the plane, and no crying babies! I didn't sleep; it was miserable. Ive been awake for almost 24 hours!

We just got to our hotel, and we've been up for almost 24 hours. No sleeping on that plane! Too noisy and uncomfortable.

It sounds like you're off to a great start. The pictures are great! Has the weather warmed up any? For some reason, I thought you would be having summer-time weather.
